The rules, before you pay.
Try real projects
7 days and 30 trial credits per verified business: up to three standard bids. The trial starts when you activate it, without a card or automatic renewal.
One bid, 10 credits
One offer per company per project. Drafts, uploads and revisions of the same bid are not charged again. After the trial, an active subscription is required to submit bids.
Expiry follows your cycle
The 50-credit bonus expires at the end of your monthly subscription cycle. Paid plan credits remain valid for one more cycle. Separately purchased credits do not expire. Expiring credits are spent first.
Clear refunds
Project cancellation before selection refunds bid credits. Fake, duplicate or policy-removed projects are reviewed by an administrator for refunds. Losing to another bid is not refundable. Refunded credits last 30 days; bidding still requires an active trial or subscription.
Limited promotion
Optional promotion costs +10 credits and is labeled ‘Promoted’, with at most two offers shown separately. It does not change reviews or license requirements and does not guarantee a win. Promotions remain disabled at launch.
Work continues after cancellation
Cancel renewal in the billing portal. Your paid period continues until its end. Messages, documents and awarded work remain accessible; new bidding stops.
Commissions and AI
Supplier-to-studio commission is a separate agreement and does not replace the subscription. Property owners receive optional discounts. AI analyses have separate usage limits and do not spend bid credits.
Monthly payment renews automatically until canceled. The final total is shown at checkout. Additional package: 100 credits for €50, a one-time purchase with an active subscription; available once payments are enabled.
